An administrator uses this pair of objects to incrementally adjust an existing flow point's VLAN membership without having to rewrite its entire membership list at once. For example, an operator adding a new customer VLAN to an already-active flow point would set this object to that VLAN's entry and then trigger the corresponding add action, rather than editing the full member list object directly.
