What is cmFlowPointSplitHorizonGroupOID?

This read-write object points to the Split-Horizon Group entity that this FlowPoint belongs to, used to prevent traffic looping between flow points in the same group; a value of none indicates the flow point is not part of any split-horizon group. An administrator assigns flow points to the same split-horizon group when they should not forward traffic directly to one another, such as multiple customer-facing flow points on a shared multipoint service. For example, placing several access-side flow points of an E-LAN service into the same split-horizon group prevents them from bridging traffic between each other, forcing it instead through the designated hub flow point.
