What is cmFlowPointMcastRateLimitSpeedHi?
This object configures the maximum rate at which multicast packets can be transmitted through a flow point on a CommScope/Casa equipment, representing the high 32 bits of a 64-bit value in performance measurement systems. When enabled and set to zero, all multicast traffic is dropped; otherwise, it limits multicast throughput to the configured speed. Service providers use this to prevent multicast traffic from consuming excessive bandwidth and causing congestion on shared network facilities.
