What is cmFlowPointMcastRateLimitEnabled?
This read-write TruthValue enables or disables rate limiting specifically for multicast packets on this FlowPoint, independent of unicast or broadcast rate controls. An administrator turns this on to protect the flow's bandwidth from multicast traffic storms or excessive multicast load from a customer. For example, enabling multicast rate limiting on a flow point serving an IPTV customer prevents a runaway multicast stream from consuming the entire allocated bandwidth of that flow.
