What is cmFlowPointMaximumBWLo?
This read-write object holds the lower 32 bits of the maximum bandwidth allowed for this FlowPoint, defining the traffic ceiling (EIR) this individual flow's traffic can burst up to. An administrator sets this to cap the peak rate a customer's flow can consume, protecting shared port bandwidth from being monopolized by one flow. For example, setting a specific maximum bandwidth value here on a business customer's flow point enforces the burst-rate ceiling defined in that customer's service contract.
