What is cmFlowPointMaximumBWHi?
This object holds the high 32 bits of a flow's maximum bandwidth limit on a cable modem facility card. Engineers configure this value using read-write access to set bandwidth caps for individual traffic flows. Network managers use it when provisioning QoS policies to prevent individual flows from consuming excessive bandwidth on shared cable access links.
