What is cmFlowPointIndex?

This read-create integer object is the table index uniquely identifying a specific FlowPoint entry, the fundamental building block representing one endpoint of traffic classification and treatment on an Ethernet port. An administrator uses this index to reference a particular flow point when configuring its VLAN membership, tagging, or QoS attributes. For example, a provisioning system enumerates cmFlowPointIndex values to discover every flow point currently defined on a given port.
