What is cmFlowPointElmiEvcIdentifier?
This read-create string object specifies the EVC (Ethernet Virtual Connection) identifier that this FlowPoint advertises, required to support the Ethernet Local Management Interface (E-LMI) feature toward a customer edge device. An administrator sets this identifier so that a customer's E-LMI-capable CPE can correctly discover and label the EVC associated with this flow. For example, setting this to a specific EVC identifier string lets a customer's router display the matching service name when it queries E-LMI status over the UNI.
