What is cmFlowPointAutoCIRPercentage?
This read-create integer object specifies the percentage of available shaper CIR bandwidth to assign to this FlowPoint when cmFlowPointAutoBandwidthConfigEnabled is set to TRUE. An administrator tunes this percentage to control how large a share of the port's available committed-rate capacity this particular flow automatically claims relative to other auto-configured flows. For example, setting this to 50 on a flow point sharing a port with one other similarly auto-configured flow would split the available CIR bandwidth evenly between the two.
