This read-create TruthValue, when enabled, lets the system automatically adjust this FlowPoint's shaper bandwidth: for a single-COS flow point the EIR is set to the maximum port bandwidth and the CIR to the available port bandwidth times the cmFlowPointAutoCIRPercentage value, while for a Hierarchical-COS flow point the maximum and guaranteed bandwidth objects are similarly auto-derived from available port capacity. An administrator enables this to avoid manually recalculating bandwidth values whenever the underlying port capacity changes, letting the system keep flow bandwidth proportionate automatically. For example, enabling auto bandwidth config on a flow point means that if the port's available bandwidth later increases, this flow's shaper settings scale up automatically instead of remaining fixed at a stale manual value.
