What is cmFlowOperationalState?
This read-only OperationalState reports the actual up or down operating condition of the Ethernet Flow. It shows whether this specific service flow, as opposed to the underlying port, is actually passing traffic. For example, the underlying port is up but this flow's operational state shows down, indicating a flow-specific configuration or VLAN-membership problem.
