Description:
This object represents the Commited Information Rate(CIR) of an Flow in the Network to Access (N2A) direction. This value represents the upper 32 bits of CIR (lower is provided in cmFlowN2ACIR). For a Multi COS flow, this value is settable only at creation time. This is only settable if cmFlowN2ARateLimitingEnabled is enabled.
In case of Tranparent Flow this object represents N2 to N1 CIR.
