What is cmFlowIndependentA2NShaperBW?
This read-write TruthValue specifies whether the A2N shaper bandwidth of the Ethernet Flow is managed independently. Enabling it isolates this flow's shaping rate from changes in bandwidth allocation on other flows sharing the same resource. For example, an administrator enables independent A2N shaper BW so this flow's shaping rate is unaffected when a sibling flow's bandwidth allocation on the same port changes.
