What is cmFlowCpdV2ELMIDispType?

CpdV2ELMIDispType is a read-write setting on the configured flow (a per-EVC traffic instance rather than a whole physical facility) that selects how Ethernet Local Management Interface (E-LMI) control frames (MAC 01:80:C2:00:00:07, Ethertype 0x88EE) are disposed of when they reach this NE — typically processed locally, dropped, passed through untouched, or tunneled across the network via L2PT. A carrier using E-LMI to auto-notify a CPE device of its UNI/EVC status would need this set to peer/process locally rather than dropped, or the CPE never learns its service parameters. On a flow carrying a particular customer's EVC across the network, a service provider handing a UNI to a CPE that relies on E-LMI status polling would set this to peer so the CPE receives its EVC status updates.
