What is cmFlowCircuitName?

This read-create DisplayString (up to 256 characters) lets a management station assign a circuit identifier label to an Ethernet Flow. It gives the flow a meaningful circuit or service ID for billing and tracking rather than referring to it only by its numeric index. For example, an administrator sets the circuit name to 'ACME-Corp-EVC-4521' so the flow is easily identified in service records.
