What is cmFlowA2NCombinedRateLimitControl?
This object controls whether multicast and broadcast traffic are rate-limited together as a combined group on a flow. When enabled, the rate limit applies to the combined traffic volume of both multicast and broadcast frames. An operator uses this to manage bandwidth by enforcing the same rate limit on both broadcast and multicast traffic types together.
