What is cmFlowA2NBroadcastRateLimitHi?
This read-write Unsigned32 holds the high-order 32 bits of the rate limit ceiling for multicast packets on the Ethernet Flow. If the corresponding rate-limit control is enabled and this value is 0, all multicast frames on the flow are dropped. For example, an administrator sets a nonzero BroadcastRateLimitHi value to cap multicast traffic on the flow rather than blocking it entirely by leaving the rate at zero.
