Module: CM-FACILITY-MIB

OID (symbolic): CM-FACILITY-MIB::cmEthernetTrafficPortShapedSpeedLo

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.4.1.27.1.61

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-write

Description: This object allows to specify the lower 32 bits of the Ethernet Port Shaped speed. This value is applicable when cmEthernetTrafficPortShapingEnabled is enabled.

What is cmEthernetTrafficPortShapedSpeedLo?

cmEthernetTrafficPortShapedSpeedLo is a read-write 32-bit value specifying the lower 32 bits of this Ethernet port's shaped speed, applicable only when port shaping is enabled. An administrator sets this (together with its high-order counterpart, when a value larger than 32 bits is needed) to define the actual bit rate the port's outgoing traffic is shaped to. For example, configuring a shaped rate of 500Mbps for a contracted service would involve setting this object (and its high-order companion if the full value doesn't fit in 32 bits) to represent that target rate.
