This object allows to specify the egress Outer Tag TPID on the Ethernet Traffic Port.
What is cmEthernetTrafficPortOuterTagTpid?
This parameter specifies the Tag Protocol Identifier (TPID) value used for outer VLAN tags when transmitting frames egress from an Ethernet traffic port. Operators configure this value to define how outer VLAN tags are identified on outgoing frames, which is critical for QoS and traffic segregation in complex network deployments. Setting this enables proper VLAN tagging behavior on high-speed optical interfaces.
