cmEthernetTrafficPortOamAdminState is a read-only value reporting the EFM OAM administrative state of this Ethernet port. An administrator checks this alongside cmEthernetTrafficPortOamEnabled to see the resulting administrative status of the OAM sublayer after that setting and any dependent conditions are applied. For example, if OAM was enabled but this object still reports an administratively-down-like state, an operator would look for another prerequisite condition preventing OAM from becoming fully active on the port.
