What is cmEthernetTrafficPortLinkLossFwdLocalLinkId?

cmEthernetTrafficPortLinkLossFwdLocalLinkId is a read-write integer configuring the local link ID on this Ethernet port. An administrator sets this to give the port an identifier that link loss forwarding partners use to distinguish this specific link when multiple links are being tracked between the same pair of devices. For example, on a device aggregating link loss forwarding signaling for several client ports toward one remote peer, each port would need a distinct local link ID configured here so its status isn't confused with another port's.
