What is cmEthernetTrafficPortCombinedRateLimitSpeedLo?
This object holds the low 32 bits of a combined rate limit that caps multicast and broadcast traffic together on this Ethernet traffic port. Admins use the combined limit instead of separate multicast/broadcast caps when they want one shared budget for all non-unicast flood traffic on the port. For example, an admin sets cmEthernetTrafficPortCombinedRateLimitSpeedLo to bound the total multicast-plus-broadcast load on a port serving a noisy Layer 2 segment.
