What is cmEthernetNetPortRxDeiAction?

This configurable parameter specifies how the port should handle DEI (Drop Eligibility Indicator) bits in received Ethernet frames marked for lower priority discard during congestion. It determines whether DEI values are passed through, overwritten, or used to trigger specific QoS treatments. An operator would configure this to ensure traffic priorities are correctly applied at network ports, implementing desired discard policies for congested scenarios.
