What is cmEthernetNetPortReceivedQL?

This read-only SSMQualityLevel object reports the Quality Level actually received on a Synchronous-Ethernet-capable Ethernet Network Port, not applicable if the port's QL Mode is disabled. Admins monitor this to verify the network is actually receiving the quality level it expects from an upstream timing source, catching silent clock-quality degradation before it causes downstream sync issues. For example, if a cell site starts reporting frequency alarms, an admin would check cmEthernetNetPortReceivedQL on the backhaul port to see whether the upstream timing source's advertised quality has unexpectedly dropped.
