cmEthernetNetPortLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes
Module: CM-FACILITY-MIB
OID (symbolic): CM-FACILITY-MIB::cmEthernetNetPortLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.4.1.7.1.43
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: CmLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes
Access: read-write
Description: This object allows definition of the link loss forwarding trigger types. This is applicable only if cmEthernetAccPortLinkLossFwdEnabled is enabled.
What is cmEthernetNetPortLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes?
This read-write CmLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes object defines which conditions (such as physical link down or specific OAM events) trigger Link Loss Forwarding on an Ethernet Network Port, applicable only when LLF is enabled. Admins configure this to control exactly what counts as a 'link loss' worth propagating, since not every fault condition on a port should necessarily bring down the paired port. For example, an admin wanting LLF to fire only on a hard physical link-down (and not on a transient remote OAM event) would restrict cmEthernetNetPortLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes accordingly.

Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.4.1.7.1.43.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CM-FACILITY-MIB::cmEthernetNetPortLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.4.1.7.1.43.1 s <value>
SNMPv3 example:
snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> cmEthernetNetPortLinkLossFwdTriggerTypes.1
