Module: CM-FACILITY-MIB
OID (symbolic): CM-FACILITY-MIB::cmEthernetNetPortExpDEEncType
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.4.1.7.1.112

Description:
This is a port level control that specifies the mode of drop eligibility encoding in exp bits of the VLAN tag.
What is cmEthernetNetPortExpDEEncType?
This controls how drop-eligibility markers are encoded into VLAN tags at the port level. It determines whether the switch marks frames as eligible or ineligible for discard when congestion occurs. An operator would configure this to enforce QoS policy, ensuring low-priority traffic gets dropped first during network saturation.
