cmEthernetNetPortClbIndex is a read-only integer (1-5) that uniquely identifies one of up to five Cable Length Benchmark entries defined for a network-facing Ethernet port. This index lets an administrator maintain several distinct cable-length reference points for the same port rather than a single fixed value. For example, a network port with several possible cabling scenarios documented for it (different patch runs to different demarcation points) would use separate CLB index rows to track each one.
