Description: This object represents the Administrative State of the Ethernet Network Port.
What is cmEthernetNetPortAdminState?
This object controls the desired administrative state (enabled or disabled) of an Ethernet network port. Setting it to enabled allows the port to attempt to establish links; setting it to disabled blocks all traffic. Network operators use this to bring ports up and down without physically disconnecting cables.
