This read-write CmEthernetMDIXType object lets an admin configure the MDI/MDI-X crossover behavior of an Ethernet Management Port. As with the network-port version, getting this wrong on a non-auto-sensing connection can prevent the management link itself from coming up, which is especially disruptive since it's often the only remote-access path to the device. For example, if a management port refuses to link up over a direct cable connection to a laptop, an admin would try forcing cmEthernetMgmtPortMDIXType to the appropriate crossover setting rather than relying on auto-MDIX.
