What is cmEthernetAccPortRxDeiAction?

This OID specifies how the network port should handle the DEI (Drop Eligibility Indicator) bit on incoming Ethernet frames—whether to ignore it, copy it, or replace it. The DEI bit marks whether a packet can be discarded during congestion. A network operator would configure this to enforce traffic policies, such as allowing low-priority traffic to be dropped when the network is overloaded.
