Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TruthValue

Access: read-write

Description: This object allows to Enable/Disable the Acc Port Source MAC Address frame matching criteria for all streams. Not applicable for: efm-oam-remote, efm-oam-remote-timed.

What is cmEthernetAccPortLoopbackSourceMacControlEnabled?

This read-write TruthValue, not applicable to the efm-oam-remote and efm-oam-remote-timed loopback types, enables or disables Source MAC address matching criteria for loopback streams on the Ethernet Access Port. It restricts which frames get looped based on their source MAC, useful for isolating a specific test stream. For example, an administrator enables source MAC control so only frames from one specific test generator get looped, ignoring background traffic.
