Description: LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol) Nearest Bridge Disposition type.
What is cmEthernetAccPortCpdV2NearestLLDPDispType?
CpdV2NearestLLDPDispType is a read-write setting on the Ethernet access port (the customer/UNI-facing facility) that selects how the LLDP Nearest Bridge scope control frames are disposed of when they reach this NE — typically processed locally, dropped, passed through untouched, or tunneled across the network via L2PT. This lets an operator terminate LLDP neighbor discovery for directly-attached bridges at this facility while still tunneling the other LLDP scopes through. On an access port handed off to a customer switch, an operator wanting the carrier NE itself to appear as an LLDP neighbor to the directly attached bridge would set this to peer.
