Description: This object allows to configure the speed of the Ethernet Access Port.
What is cmEthernetAccPortConfigSpeed?
This read-write EthernetPortSpeed forces a specific speed setting on the Ethernet Access Port rather than relying purely on auto-negotiation. It is useful when connecting to equipment that has trouble negotiating speed automatically. For example, an administrator locks the port to 1 Gbps after observing repeated negotiation failures with an older switch on the far end.
