This read-create object lets an SNMP management entity associate a second FlowPoint with an E-Line Flow, since an E-Line service is defined by connecting two flow points together. An administrator sets this to complete the point-to-point wiring of the circuit, pairing this flow with its second endpoint flow point. For example, provisioning a new E-Line circuit requires setting cmElineFlowFP2 to the OID of the flow point on the far side of the circuit so traffic is properly cross-connected between the two ends.
