This read-create Unsigned32 sets the minimum queue-depth threshold at which WRED begins probabilistically dropping yellow (excess, higher-drop-priority) packets on a per-COS access-port QoS Shaper. Setting this lower than the corresponding green threshold implements the intended color-aware behavior right at the access port: excess traffic gets thinned before committed traffic is ever touched. For example, an admin might set cmAccPortQosShaperWredYellowMinQueueThreshold well below the green threshold on an access-port shaper so burst traffic above CIR is dropped first during localized congestion at the customer edge.
