What is cmAccPortQosShaperSecondaryState?
This read-only SecondaryState object reports finer-grained status detail for a specific access-port-level QoS Shaper. Admins use it to narrow down the exact reason a particular per-COS shaper on the access port isn't behaving as expected, beyond what the basic operational state reveals. For example, if a COS-2 shaper on an access port shows a non-operational state, an admin would check cmAccPortQosShaperSecondaryState next for a more specific fault condition on that shaper.
