cmAccPortPcpDEDropEligiblePrio is a read-write value giving the drop-eligible priority for a given pair-index row in the access port's PCP drop-eligibility table. An administrator sets this to the priority level that should be discarded first if the network becomes congested, paired against the corresponding drop-ineligible priority in the same row. For example, best-effort data traffic sharing a priority pair with voice would have its priority recorded here as the drop-eligible half of that pair on the access port.
