What is cmAccPortExtMcastRateLimitSpeedLo?
This OID sets the maximum speed (in packets per second) for multicast traffic on a network port. Setting it to zero drops all multicast traffic, while other values limit how much multicast bandwidth the port uses. An operator would adjust this to prevent one multicast stream from consuming all the port's capacity and starving other traffic.
