What is cmAccPortExtCombinedRateLimitSpeedHi?
This object holds the high 32 bits of the combined multicast-and-broadcast rate limit for this access port, used with the low-bits field for larger totals. Admins set it together with the low half when the combined flood-traffic ceiling for this access port needs to exceed a single 32-bit range. For example, an admin configures cmAccPortExtCombinedRateLimitSpeedHi alongside its low-bits counterpart to set a multi-gigabit combined flood cap on a high-capacity access port.
