Description: This object represents the Administrative State of the BITS 8 Port Group.
What is bits8PortGroupAdminState?
This object sets the Administrative State of the BITS 8 Port Group, a group of building-integrated timing supply ports. Admins disable it to take the BITS timing distribution group out of service, for example before rewiring its timing feed. For example, before replacing the BITS clock source cabling, the admin sets bits8PortGroupAdminState to disabled to prevent spurious downstream sync alarms during the work.
