This write-only object lets an MIO network card tell the printer firmware whether a given logical channel currently accepts print data or not, and unlike some of the other MIO configuration objects this state can change over time rather than being set only once. An admin does not write this directly, but understanding it explains why a channel's read-only status might flip between accepting and rejecting data without any admin action, as the card itself updates the state. For example, an MIO card could set a channel to eChNoDataAccepted(4) if it detects a downstream network problem, temporarily blocking new print data on that channel until conditions improve.
