What is rlLldpTxOverloadingGroupId?

This read-only INTEGER identifies which TLV group a given row describes, such as mandatory, optional, medCap, or medLocation LLDP TLV groups. It lets the admin tell apart size and overload statistics belonging to different categories of outbound LLDP TLVs. For example, a value of medCap(3) identifies the row as reporting size and overload information specifically for the LLDP-MED Capabilities TLV group.
