What Is CISCO-DMN-DSG-DIAG-MIB?

CISCO-DMN-DSG-DIAG-MIB is a Cisco Systems, Inc. (Digital Media Networks, DSG cable-edge platform, built on CISCO-DMN-DSG-ROOT-MIB) proprietary MIB reporting detailed hardware diagnostics. Its objects cover power-on creation/last-power-on date, total power-on hours, hours since last power-off, total/clearable reset counts, last-reset reason, a clear-reset-counter action, factory-reset count, current date/time, a health-monitor table (index, name, value), a fan-RPM table (index, name, value), and an ECC-readings table (index, location, type). As a status/diagnostic MIB it lets an administrator watch fan speed, ECC memory-error readings, and reset history on a Cisco DSG cable-edge device. It is deployed on Cisco Systems DSG (Digital Media Networks) cable-edge platforms (diagnostics). Engineers can download the CISCO-DMN-DSG-DIAG-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
