Description: Manages clock synchronization source and timing parameters for Alvarion BreezeACCESS base station units.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is BSUCLK-MIB?
BSUCLK-MIB is an Aperto Networks proprietary MIB (built on ANIROOT-MIB) configuring the clock time on a BSU (Base Station Unit); subscriber units (SUs) synchronize their own clock to the BSU at boot. Its objects cover SNTP time zone, DST enable/start/end, SNTP enable, manual-time setting, and current time. As a configuration/status MIB it lets an administrator confirm the BSU's clock-sync source (SNTP vs. manual) on an Aperto Networks wireless broadband base station. It is deployed on Aperto Networks wireless broadband base-station equipment. Engineers can download the BSUCLK-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in BSUCLK-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
Supported Devices
- Aperto Networks wireless broadband base-station equipment
Monitoring Examples
An administrator checks aniBsuClkSntpEnable and aniBsuClkCurrentTime to confirm the clock-sync source on an Aperto Networks BSU.
What Can Be Monitored
- BSU clock-synchronization configuration
