Description: Manages ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI) T1/E1 configuration, D-channel status, and call statistics on Allied Telesis WAN modules.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is AT-PRI-MIB?
AT-PRI-MIB is an Allied Telesis private MIB for ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI) T1/E1 WAN modules installed in Allied Telesis routers. It exposes per-interface configuration such as board index/position, interface mode and type, and TDM/ISDN channel mapping, along with per-channel status entries. Its monitoring value is largely operational/hardware-adjacent: it lets an operator confirm a PRI module and its individual B/D-channels are correctly provisioned and up, which is central to diagnosing WAN link and call-signalling faults. It builds on general ISDN/telephony concepts rather than a specific IETF standard MIB. It is typically deployed on Allied Telesis routers carrying voice or WAN PRI circuits at branch or PBX-facing sites, where administrators load the AT-PRI-MIB into a MIB Browser to poll these interfaces.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in AT-PRI-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
Supported Devices
- Allied Telesis router with PRI/WAN interface module
Monitoring Examples
An admin would poll priIntTable/priIntEntry indexed by priIntIndex and priIntBoardIndex/priIntBoardPosition to confirm priIntMode and priIntType match the expected T1 or E1 provisioning, then inspect priIntTdmChannelMap/priIntIsdnChannelMap to verify channel assignment. priChanTable/priChanEntry, linked via priChanIntIndex, would then be checked per-channel to spot a channel that has dropped out of service on an otherwise-up PRI interface.
What Can Be Monitored
- PRI interface mode/type
- board index/position
- D-channel/B-channel mapping
- per-channel status
