'sapDown' The SAP associated with the service is down.
What is sdpBindOperStatus?
Reports the actual current operating state of this service-to-SDP binding, such as 'up' when fully operational or 'noEgressLabel' when a required outbound MPLS label is missing. This reflects real-time connectivity status.
