What is tmnxOamVprnPingCtlTtl?
Sets the Time-To-Live value placed in the VC label for a VPRN OAM Ping test packet. This optional parameter is only relevant for tests in 'vprnPing' mode; a TTL of 1 means no response is expected because the packet will not reach the far end.
