Description: Each row entry in the vRtrMplsAdminGroupTable represents an administrative group which is simply a mapping between a group name (an ASCII string) and a group value (a number in the range 0 to 31).
Entries in this table are created and deleted via SNMP SET operations. An entry is created by setting the value of vRtrMplsAdminGroupRowStatus to 'createAndWait'. The row status for this entry can be set to active only once the value of vRtrMplsAdminGroupValue has been set to a valid number in the range 0 to 31. The entry is destroyed when vRtrMplsAdminGroupRowStatus is set to 'destroy'.
