What is adnsonetTCUpBufferOverflow?
This counter tracks how many times the ATM cell buffer overflowed when receiving data from remote equipment. Network engineers monitor this to detect congestion or performance problems in the ATM core that might cause lost traffic. A value of 15 would mean the buffer overflowed 15 times since the device last rebooted, indicating potential network stress.
