What is adnsonetTCOCD?
This OID stores a counter measuring the duration of out-of-cell-delineation (OCD) errors, which occur when the ATM hardware cannot locate the start of data cells in the incoming signal. Engineers monitor this to detect loss of ATM cell synchronization, which causes cells to be discarded and significant data loss. When this counter is non-zero, the device has temporarily lost track of where cells begin in the data stream, requiring resynchronization.
